got a wee problem

my 1.0l beast of a machine has had a sportex race tube fitted from down pipe alone to a glasspack 4" oval cherry bomb back box.
this is super loud on the decibal reader hits 90db.

any ideas on bringing the noise down?

yep, put centre box back in. the centre race tube isnt all its made out to be.

Personally I'd do away with cherry bomb and get a sportex back box to go with your tube. All depends on taste, it'll be quieter and I think you'll get a nicer note, plus better compression compared to a glasspack.

If you like your glasspack, as above put a centre box back in

ok well i have a brand new savage dual pipe exhaust not even been used at all cost 120 so i will maybe see on gumtree or something if anyone up for swaps

If you do get a sportex back box i wudnt use a race tube with it, will still be loud. Use a middle box
