constantly overheating x16xe, heads done in please help lads

baisicly i fire the car up after 10 mins or so temperature starts rising all the way too the red heaters are cold but all pipe work is hot including all the radiator took thermostat out coz i thought it may of been that lol the pipes also are building up a lot of pressure fan isnt coming in either but does work not sure if the two heater matrix pipes are getting hot heaters go hot and cold but cold most of the time and the engine is not losing any water either and ino it could be the water pump but i am not sure any ideas much appreciated wud it be lyk this if i was low on oil ?

is there any noise coming from the water pump? was it ever changed any water leaks from it? the radioator could needa sensor my old corsas radiaotr wouldnt work either so got one from scrappies and worked fine, its located at left hand side bottom of the radiator could be worth a check mate, start with the rad sensor first no point replacing everthing on engine for it to be something silly.
