Electric windows

Bought an electric window kit, got the central locking, motors, regulators, loom etc. Bought the switches separately and assumed it would be a straight swap seeing as the tutorial on Allcorsa states if your car loom has more than 2 pins its all good to go. So i plugged in the e/w loom into my door loom and nothing. My loom has 9 pins whereas the e/w loom has about 14.
Both looms have extra pins and missing pins, could i swap the pins in my loom which arnt in the e/w loom and match them up so they work or will this require me getting a full car loom from the scrap pies
cheers.

Here's my workings from when I did the window guide. I had a loom with the Windows that had 19 pins (Green text) and a car loom I got from a scrappy with 14 pins (White text), and 13 pins in common (Green circles).
Which of those pins do you have? The ones with orange text are all you need to get Electric Windows & Speakers running. With only 9 pins I would guess you have central locking, but no windows or mirrors.
From a quick look of the wiring diagrams:
- Blue, Grey and one of the White/Black are for heated/electric mirrors.
- Red/Yellow, Brown/Red, Black/White, Black/Blue, Black/Red, Black/Yellow are for Central Locking.
That just leaves Black/White Dot, Black/Red Yellow Dot, Brown/White that I'm not sure what they do.

Hi mate, thanks for the reply. I've added some images to show you what i've got, and now you explained it for me i assume that i have none of the wiring in my car!
.
This is my car loom:

And this is my electric window door loom:

I also pulled some multi plugs from a corsa from scrappy and just cut them out, both of these have almost every pin in the plug, which i assume would connect to windows and mirrors (which i both have). But i have no idea how to wire this in, and i don't want to start connected the cut wires from the scrappy loom to my own and then f**k it up lol. Any advise is appreciated. if it's as simple as running a positive and an earth then i can do this no problem, but it's the whole fuse thing i don't get. I'm no electrician
