cold start issue

long time no visit........... it seems at the moment that since i went to uni that my car decided to hate me a little bit. I soent 2 years doing everything possible to keep it in average condition yet at the moment i have put all my money into full servicing, brakes etc and it now decides to have a real issue starting on cold mornings. what coukd this problem be. it turns over with no spark? just had everything like spark plugs etc done? could it just be condensation on the plugs etc??
