well im going to the bodyshop on monday see what they can do for me
hopefully they can repair it with the bumper still on, and finely spray the damaged area. The lines of the bumper and the grooves may make this possible.
I hope so

stu once its done stick expanding foam on the inside of the bumper, it will make the bumper stronger and hold the shape better!

everyones saying about this expanding foam, but the guy spraying my car says its not the best thing to use in all cases, as it continues to expand, and can distort the bumper. apparantly layers of fibreglass and extra supports are a better way to go.

did the council pay out? ive heard of people doing this but never known anyone thats actually done it (does that make sense
)
there is no legal limit on how low you can lower your car, as long as it can be put on the MOT test ramp, and stuarts cars low, but i wouldnt have said excessively low
