spraying bumpers?

Need advice on fully colour coding full plastic bumpers, what do i do? I currently have them sprayed black but they just look standard (im wanting to spray them green)

Remove, sand, primer, paint
have a little masking tape on there if you fancy leaving the top part black

i'f you've got somewhere to do it thats relatively cleaner than outside, like a garage then do it, otherwise wait until after winter.
Looks horrid when you get snow stuck in your spraypaint

but dont forget you can always sand it down and do it again so may as well give it a go
