bonnet bras

any one wit a bonnet bra remember what it looked like before they fitted it to the car was it in the exact shape of the bonnet ( with the two bits that stick down around the grill) or was it almost a flat edge cuz mines arrived today but it doesn't look like it'll hav any where for the bits that stick down on the bonnet
