Hi,
iv got a p reg 1.4 dohc corsa b car was running fine and then just lost power and when you try to accerate it wont rev and then it will creep along and slowly will rev up, are changing the fuel filter, plugs and aux air pump it was still the same
i then removed the cat and run it, it started and reved up a little better, so fitted a new cat and when you start the car from cold it idles at 800 revs blip the throttle and it will idle at about 1200 revs and it will drop back to 800 revs when warm but before the fan cuts in it starts to run lumpy and nothing happens when you go to rev it, it will rev slowly sometimes unitll it gets over 2500 revs and it seams to rev ok over 2500 revs nut let it idle and it goes to running rough, tryed driving it and when you push the throttle down nothing happens for ages iv cleaned idle speed control valve out and the egr valve out and cleaned throttle body out i dont get any eml lights on and it seams to be like its starved of fuel when it gets hot
has anyone any ideas on what i can try now
thanks.

Re: sport running problem
urmm check all your small vacuum hoses are connected up, as this can cause bad running if you're getting an ingress of air anywhere, but apart from that im not sure what else it could be...
