running on 3 cylinders - diagnostic results

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and hoping someone can help us out.

My daughters Y reg 1.2 Corsa B went through some large puddles last week after really heavy rainfall, and later on in the journey she pulled over at 1 in the morning on the M6, because the oil light came on, car didn't sound right and was losing power. Guess who was the one called out because she has no breakdown cover? Anyway, my immediate thoughts were oil, checked ok, then water in the electrics - not much you can do about that one at 1.30 in the morning.....

Next morning it seemed better, thought it may have dried out, but again the rough running returned later that day, although it is nowhere near as bad as the time it broke down.

So, we've bought an Opcon diagnostic scanner off ebay, cleared four fault codes, but the block tests say it's running on three cylinders. If I blip the throttle, it briefly shows 4 cylinders then reverts to three again.

What I don't know is why, and I was wondering if anyone here would be able to tell from the report if there is anything obvious we should check out. The two strange things are the battery voltage showing 0.0 V, and vehicle speed 161 KM/h - stationary whilst this test ran....
