Xenon side light bulbs how to fit need help!

hi just recently bought some Xenon white LED side lights but unsure on how to take the old 1s out and fit the new ones in. it maybe a simple job but im a bit clueless when it comes to doing stuff to cars i used to like it but then lost interest and pretty much forgot everything, but i am getting back into it now that i have a car to mess around with myself. thanks
