well iv narrowed it down to either the crank sensor or the plugs,
i got some new plugs today but no time to fit and test them and iv just found out how to check the CKP sensor,
so thats tomorrows job :D

hope it gets going 2mra then, i woulda thought it would fire up if it was crank sensor though, just run rough or die down!

:( that's what i thought at first but when i started checking things that's what was left out besides the plugs,
i had the battery fully charged, checked the power going to the ECU (13.6v and EML light on the dash),
made sure there was power going into and coming out of the coil (13.6v)
i cant think of any thing else

nice engine, it needs new plates, they just make it look a mess and for £15 it makes alot of a difference, also not overly keen on the wheels, but the rest it good :)
