filling up problems x

hiiiii im hopeing this is nothing big or pricey but the last few times ive put petrol in my car the pump clicks out staight away as it would whens its full,ive tried holding it at all sorts of postions ect but it still clicks out someone please help is it something i can fix or do i need a pro xxx

have you tried a different petrol station ?

this could be the fuel tank breather blocked

Also ,, ive been to a few pumps before that dont let you fully press in the trigger or else it clicks off
so try holding the petrol pump trigger half way. ( you used to be able to lock the trigger on, but alot of places ive been too i dont see this any more)

is it lowered? i have the same problem but only with my lowered one

hi ive tried different pumps at different places it just clicks out straight away no mater what i do its driving me batty lol and no its not been lowered if it is the breather is that easy to sort x

Its got to be the breather pipe,Had that same problem..gets so far and stops...ether. fill tank slower,so tank can breath while filling up... or if you
know any one with welding rods bend ends slightly and go up and down neck 2 clear it .......Worked 4 me.
