my new car is sorn off the road and it has a valid MOT, do i need to get a new MOT or can i just insure the car and get the TAX?

yea sorn is just a way for DVLA to know that it hasnt got tax basically...

I agree, it's so DVLA know it's not abandoned vehicle, as soon as it taxed, sorn taken off instantly.
