Corsa B Immobilizer

Got a Corsa B 1.2 16 valve that wont start. I know its an immobilizer issue cos Op Com says immobilizer is locked.
Tried a different ECU, immobilizer ring and transponder chip but keep getting the same results, Op Com cannot read eeprom or pass code because immobilizer is locked.
I dont have pass code for original ECU as I just bought car and didnt get one, guess I will have to wait for V5 and get one from Vauxhall.
Is there any way of getting round this immobilizer issue, I have tried disconnecting battery, re-earthing ECU etc.
There is also another electronic box behind the kick panel drivers side with four connectors, does anyone know what this is, there are two rather thick wires coming out of the first connector (1 red & 1 black) but there seems to be no power to them at all, any ideas guys???
