Corsa 1.2 16v not idling properly - HELP!

This is a video of the problem...
Once warmed up, it does idle sweetly around 1000 revs, but when the revs go above 1200 it starts doing this... I cannot find anyone else who has had this problem.
I have tried changing the MAF, ICV, and TPS - to no avail!!!
Any ideas anyone ?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply, but I would have thought the engine would run rough through all rev ranges if these were at fault....this is really driving me mad.
Logic tells me that this is a mixture issue of some kind.... maybe I should just change the throttle body too.
I would really love to sort this myself, but if I do not sort this soon, then I am going to have to take it to a garage.

I don't know I had plugs brake down under sertain revs before and idled sweet. I work in a car parts shop so I know bits lol but it still strange. U say u changed idle control valve and cam sensor? Cam sensors aid the mixture part of things do I'd try that

New 1L engine if you can't find the fault
There's so many engines that have been discarded in scrap yards for conversions and collisions not worth fixing for
Youd be able to find one for very cheap.

Ok - I Have not tried the Cam sensor yet... maybe just try that... and there is some sense in that.
The car has done less than 40,000 miles... so engine change seems a bit drastic, but I can see where you are coming from.
Thanks for your comments ... I will let you know how I get on.

Have you chased every wire and pipe before? Make sure there is no cracks in breathers or anything? Mk1 focus are prone to having the breather pipe clog and stall the car everytime you slow down.

sorry - do you mean the ICV ? I have changed that, and that did move initially as it brought the revs up to around 1500rpm
