CORSA B LEXUS STYLE LIGHTS

I just got put on a new set of Lexus Style Lights(Not Lexus Lights) and there is a slight gap between the body of the car and the lights.

I have screwed them on as far as possible and still I am unable to make the gap any smaller.

Did anyone have the sane problem and were they able to solve it could they let me know please.

i got a small gap, but its not that big so its not really a problem as no water or anything can get through
