I don't know if there is already a guide on here. If there is I can't find it. Can anyone help?

Or you can put them in the oven on a low heat for a while and pull them apart :)

Low heat didnt work for me, I baked them for five minutes then turned up the heat and took out, run a knife to break seal, stick it back in for 5 and break seal on other side then pop two knifes in oposit ends and pop glass out, ive got it down to about 20 minutes a light and that is painting it too lol.

It's legal to do as long as you spray the chrome be that comes off easily, you cannot spray the chrome dish part that reflect the like (which seems obvious but people have)

Also if you can get a heat gun to do the job you'd be better off mine didn't go according to plan the 1st time and looked messy because of heatin the plastic softens it out of place. The heat gun is great for sticking back together because you can heat sertain parts to mould backto it's shape. I also used silicone sealant to make the joins water proof again. It is best to get 2nd hand ones so you haven't got to rush the job too.

That's cool mate no worries, if you wanna have a look I got a lil illustration on my log 1lt low n slow, it page seven I think and will show you where to spray n that
