Get trading standards involved, by the sounds of it they haven\'t got a leg to stand on. They won\'t get chance to take you to court cos they\'ve got nothing to take you to court for.
Whatever you do don\'t let them get away with it.

yeah what happened?
you can only claim 5k in small claims, but you have to pay court costs, you can claim those back tho when/if you win. usually the threat of court action is enough, but solicitors letter will set you back £200
