ok i bought my "mates" corsa on tuesday, it sat for a wee while at his before i got it so he jumped started it to get it to mine then it cut out so i jumped it again and got it running then it cut out again yesterday, (hasnt moved from drive since ive had it btw) so i jumped it again today, not a peep from it so put petrol in it the day and jumped it, nothing again, when you turn the ignition nothin atall happens, i took pictures there the now off the lights that come on the dash, i think the electrics are F***ked ! ....







also this wire sits under the glovebox, its cut ?



the stereo wasnt connected, was wires everywhere, and spare wires and connectors in the glovebox,

please let me know whats up ! i think its dead tbh, and when i sat in it there, it was making some sort of noise, key wasnt even in the ignition ! sounded like something was trying to work, safe to say ill be getting my money back, help please, thanks

The wire that's hanging down looks like a sub wire or speaker wire and the management light and oil light will stay on till it fires up so not much to worrie about there a don't think, but try a new battery if yours is dead then don't think it will start

ok mate thanks,a think it is a speaker one or something, there speakers in the shelf and the cd player wasnt even connected, a was going to buy a new battery but a dont know if a should buy a battery and it wont start, feel like scrapping it tbh !

Not the burgundy lol it would be worth a try to be fair mate, mine use to do it when I was band I got my going and gave it a right good run and it's been fine but with it been stood prob just finished the battery

aye a suppose ill get a battery for it then mate, i know i dont want to scrap it !! even though the bodywork isnt the best, someones keyed it to death

I'm same love car but there's bit off rust and that on door and wing just needs abit of body work then would be great

aye cause there lovely in that colour, if we meet from here we need to park next to each other haha
