Massive MOT Fail
Heyy Guys & GIrls
Took my corsa today for its mot an it came back with 15 FAILS and 17 ADVISORY'S
Needs the seat belt anchor points front and back welding also all suspension mountings excessively corroded plus Steering rack mount Corroded
Also failed on 4 tyres due too splitting / cracking, windscreen washer provides insufficient water, o/s windscreen wiper not operating over a large enough area
so thats the fails
seems need to open my wallet
anyone else had the same work done an how much you pay ??

well that sounds alot of rust, if it appears to be easily fixable then do it otherwise look for aonther shell...

yer sounds simple got it booked into a garage too look it over i think the car has been sat an got corroded

In fairness mate there's quite abit of welding. Wouldn't suprised me if it cost a couple of hundred plus...

best thing is i only bought the car for £280 so it not too bad i'd be gutted if i paid like £900 for it

ah that sounds sore on the wallet ! ive been quoted 50-60 for a hole in my boot floor, think it must have hit a good few speedbumps, hope you get it sorted mate

well garage reckons be between £300 / £500 too weld but getting discount cause i said i'd T-cut his van an spray the bumpers back black hahah the perks of knowing the right people lol
