Replaced x12xe with same engine, not starting!

Hi i needed some advice about a project that i had taken up

I had removed the engine out of my mates car to replace it.
I have refitted the engine and gearbox and all other components including starter, alternator and all other sensors .

The only lead that i could not figure out where it went, looks like a ground wire coming off the loom going to the coil packs.

We tried cranking over but it wont start, we got new spark plugs in there and good battery.

Can anyone advice me what other aspect i may have missed out on,
As i heard some have said it may be a immobiliser issue even though it is the same model engine.

The car specs are:
Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 16v 1999
X12XE

doesnt matter if its the same model immobiliser still stops it
