Engine swap. C20XE for 1.4

Yup, it's finally given up the ghost so the 1.4 is dead and I need a new engine...

Looking at a bigger capacity, but don't want a turbo. Is the C20XE the same block as the 1.4 16v or will I need new engine mounts etc.
