Drop in power when excellerating stalling when idleing

Hi please advise me. My management light as been is constantly on for ages and i am experiencing a drop in revs and excelleration, a sort of kangarooing effect. The car also stalls every now and then when in idle. Very embarrassing when at traffic lights. It takes ages for the car to turn over and start upto around 15 minutes, then it will start as though nothing as happened.

What year and engine is the car?

Definitely got to be your fuel or ignition system, new spark plugs, and clean your carb. Make sure your crank sensor is working fine, might be that, also check your motor arm.
