Hi,
I've got an extra temperature gauge laying around and I'd like to install it in my car.
My question is where can I install the sensor without changing anything on the car. I want to keep all existing sensor where they are.
Also I don't have a mounting nut, will this be a problem?
I know I can install it on the radiator hose but I don't want to do that, I want a more accurate reading from the engine.
I've got the 1.4L Corsa B (3-door)
Thanks for any help.

Whats wrong with the one in the speedo ? Theres no way of doing without mods unless you piggy back the existing sensor, but it will read the same
Where you mounting it
Where you mounting it
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

There's nothing wrong with the original one. I just want the extra one as extra assurance.johnny wrote:Whats wrong with the one in the speedo ? Theres no way of doing without mods unless you piggy back the existing sensor, but it will read the same

It's a mechanical sensor. If it's an easy job I'll do it otherwise I'll leave it. It's not really necessary and I don't mind leaving it.
I haven't decided where to mount the gauge yet, but I have a place in mind.
