Car 300 display

Hi, mrs just got a 2000 W 1.2 and the centre display shows date/temp/time on start up, when radio is on centre of display goes blank...shouldn't it show the current radio station?

Is the stereo a manufactured or is it one u get from shop i.e. Sony,panasonic etc etc

It *might* need the screen setting to be changed from 8 to 10 (or vice versa) From vague memory it's something like make sure the ignition is on, but the stereo is primarily turned off Hold down buttons 4 & 6 (or is it 3 & 5) and then switch on the stereo. The display will either show 'display 8' or 'display 10'. whichever it is, let it change to the other and then release the buttons.

Also the corsa b comes factory fitted with the 200 so someone has changed that at some stage which is why the screen may need the settings changed

Well interestingly, the mrs drove it today and she had the heating on a bit in the car and she said the display came up with the radio info lol .....loose connection making as the dash warms a bit maybe?
