Exterior Trim

Hi erm im new to here so if this post is in the wrong place my bad
Quick question.
Is their any trim restorers worth buying, that will last a while or is it better to throw a bit of paint on trim?
I just got my first car and the trim is badly faded

You can pick up some back to black for about £3. Lasts a while for me

Supermarkets sell it cheap to. Got some of asdas own stuff for £2

Boiled linseed oil is very good and last a good while can be picked up at bnq or ebay
Its ment for timber but its good for corsas aswell

i use linseed oil and is really good, have to use it sparingly though, ive also heard peanut butter is another good one..
