thinking of swapping out my isuzu 1.5 td engine for one of these.
two questions tho..
1.. will it fit and if so do you think i will need to modify the engine mounts /
2.. do you think it will go onto my gearbox ok ?
cheers
engine change

Re: engine change
Old mounts will be fine id say you might need a template for the gear box just
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Re: engine change
I can just picture the conversion with insurance
What size is the engine sir? Eh just like a 200 liter

Re: engine change
heh. i get upset putting £30 of diesel in a week for work.. you'd probably find me swinging from a beam in the garage if i had to fill that bad boy up...
also i was wondering if some custom suspension might be in order for it, but by my expert opinion after ive done the sums, i think my standard suspension will be ok lol, maybe just put some more air in the tyres errr lol
