car handles terrible:(

hey guys and girls just a wee quick question before i get under the b for a good look. bassiclay my car handles like a shopping trolley really does not feel too safe to drive at all. its a 98 corsa b capital completley standard with 89000 on the clock seems to be when i hit certain ruts on the road the whole car seems to wanna go intowards the kirb. I am also getting tyre wear on the front nearside tyre on both the inner and outer shoulder of the tyre i did replace a badly corroded ARB clamp for the MOT two months back that had sheared in half due to corrosion. im beginning to think i may have a broken spring or my shockers are becoming worn or just general wear and tear on the bushes etc. any you guys got any tips what to look for rest of the cars tyres are pretty good just seems the front nearside also when taking corners in the rain or ice the car feels terrible at gripping the road already spun a 360 at a roundbout and i werent even speeding:...( looking for some cheap fixes to sort this as im saving for a astra bertone:)thanks

lower it 60 mil with shortened shocks it will stiffen it up
