Hi guys I have just bought my first car it's a1999 corsa b gls 3 door which is completely bog standard I would like to make it look abit more stylish and go abit better if you have any ideas post on here I have limited money flow so keep as cheap as possible cheers

Looks a tidy base really clean,

My car is done on a budget, really lows and wheels is the only big expense but bar that it can look really nice for little money and vauxhall alloys can be picked up cheap with tyres

What alloys would you recommend?

Check out the projects section, just about every vauxhall alloy is in there lol

Personally i like astra fans, tigra alloys, corsa c sxi, vectra stars, vectra sri, corsa d limited edtions, starting to look cav slabs but only in dark colours,

Theres loads more aswell have a look on google images aswell you will find somthing you like, theres so many

I like the mk4 Astra sxi wheels what do you think they would be like on my car in black?

Lol next i think should be exhaust and lowering kit

When I've got my 1 years no claim I was thinking of swapping the 1.0 12v to a 1.2 16v would it bolt strait in and what would I need to do to make it work?

Think its just a bolt in job but unsure as its not a conversion i have ever seen done, its 10 extra bhp so is it worth the money/time to you

If it was me id go for 1.4 c14se but thats just because i like the engine,

Just to add i was able to beat 1.2s in my old 1.0 and the 1.0 makes a better noise than the 1.2 imo aswell

The only real difference you will notice is going up steep.hills

Ah ok I suppose it isn't worth it I was going to ask could I fit wheels with an offset of 38 or nine as I have found a set the I think would look ok
