X12XE ECU Earth Point?

Hi, I have a brown earth wire near the ECU and wondering where exactly it goes? I think it goes to one of the ECU mounting bolts but not sure if that is correct.

Thick brown wire? It goes to an earth just follow it back

Yes here's a better picture of it in the centre of the photo. Where does that end of the wire belong?
It comes out of the wiring loom feeding the fuel injectors, and is near the cam cover corner which is nearest to the coolant reservoir.

It does indeed go to the mounting bolt of the ECU. Cleaned up and jobs a goodun.
