I would say don't do it, it's not worth it and it will probably drop power, get a panel filter
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Mighty car mods did an episode about filters. And it is clear that you loose power when using an aftermarket cone or pod filter.

Best bet is a new oem panel filter or like people above said a k&n or similar panel filter and de restrict / drill your air box for a meaty induction sound. Hope this helps

Deristricting is just taking the two pipes out of the air box right?

Just rip anything that comes out of the box out, and drill holes to make it roooar:lol: make sure you leave the intake pipe on the front of the box, noticed allot of people take it off but it's your cold air intake pipe
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
