Ticking left of engine bay

Got a horrible ticking noise coming from the drivers side. The faster I go the faster the noise is any ideas

What engine is it? When was the oil last changed

I had this a couple of times, the first was no oil, the second my timing belt had gone and I literally just had this overnight and my entire engine blew... I would sort your oil out first and then go from there

Oh god i just had this the last night
i have plenty of oil but its really black and dont use the corsa so just havent gotten around to changing it
