Corsa B front camber is out

HI ,,I hope I can get some sort of help without my car being looked at
A few years back I had both front springs replaced due to older ones breaking.I noticed that the front wheel arches were higher after they were replaced but did not question it as I just thought new ones were stiff etc.
A few months ago I noticed the right wheel camber was out with the bottom leaning inwards quiet abit and since the left also abit but not as much as the right also this is constantly changing with the amount its out.
I had the car up on a ramp recently and the guy checked everything over and said all was ok but he did say the camber was out probably because I may have the wrong springs and if I got them replaced and with a wheel alignment everything should be ok
Another mechanic said the just wear and tear thats why the cambers out
I do know I need front wheels aligned
I don't want to get the springs replaced if im back to square one,any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
