Ok so here's the story :) I bought this in January as a cheap run around picked it up for £250....needed new alternator and battery and developed a rattle on the back no idea what it is..hated it with a passion! not a French car fan at all so got offered a swap for a astra bertone coupe:

So to business... Here's my 1.8 bertone coupe, took collection on it tonight and I'm well happy it's what I wanted from the start...so here she is

102k on the clock with the ronin belt done at 98k. Has tax until april mot until october half black leather blue interior turbo alloys, rear spoiler and a coupe sign high level break light. Got a back box on it but not sure what one, has HID's but one bulb is blown so needs a new one :(.

Last owner spent 500 pound on it in the last 2 weeks because all 4 brake calibers seized on the car they cost hi 45 pound each to replace, also hand brake cable needed changing and the car needed bleeding so all is well now. only thing he hadn't had checked out is the steering wheel said it's going abit stiff but I can't really feel it, needs the tracking done though.

Only plans I have is a gsi front bumper, lower it and angel eyes :).

Looks awesome mate always like the astra coupe, had a run in the turbo model and it was just immense:)

The only thing I'd change bar lows and gsi bumper is original rear lights, they come tinted and just look cool imo

Looks like they've been touched in before by someone, they've been curbed before only noticed it after I did it earlier but yeah need to find someone to paint then now, our guy in work charges £45 a wheel...

And can't decide weather to lower it on springs on coilovers, the springs are 60 on front and 40 on back

Needs lowering badly lol. I'd go for shocks n springs. You can get a good setup for the price of cheap coilys, the ride will be loads better!

And put standard lights on lol

Yeah I thought that going to look els where... Want them done gloss black...like white wheels but won't suit the car.

Yeah looking at springs on eBay going for about £60 new, but may as well get the shocks done to :). Just don't want the same problems I had with my corsa with the camber and constant blow outs and all that bollocks.

Yeah will definately be worthwhile getting the full kit! I'm gonna get springs & shocks for my B, probably best to change drop links n stuff too!
