Hi I need help. I have a 1.4 litre opel moter made in 1996. To change water pump and other mainternance I need to remove engine pulley. Not sure which way to undo bolt and also the tension when I retighten it.

Turn it left if that's what you mean and re tightening just tighten till the belt only turns about 90 degrees
