If you have tools then its actually pretty simple mate and well worth trying yourself, im sure there are plenty of guides on youtube.

Not bad price that actually, I'll just borrow my mates

when I'm winding the springs, how do I know I'm at the right level I want them to be at, I'm going 70f 80r so I'd have to be measuring constantly wouldn't i haha

Find out what there lowest or highest setting is and screw it up/down and measure with a tape or ruler

And if you don't fit the helper spring remember to go an inch higher

Instead of doing what I did, which was sit starring at it looking puzzled for 20 minutes

My mates doing it for me some time this week, leaving the rear bump stop out though

Leave the bump stops in otherwise you'll bottom out on every bump

Hmm, barra's on the same coilovers I'm on and it doesn't look low enough to where I wanna be

Bump stops won't let you go lower there only bits of rubber that stop the shock from depressing fully so you don't mash your sump

The sumps not at the back though is it?
