I have just bough a ford Ka of a mate for £150 non runner no tax or test
1. do I get it back up and running get it M.O.T'd and flog it and put the money into my paint job / new interior
2. keep it and have it as a daily so I only use my corsa for shows

I'd test it and sell on, the ka is a horrible Car to drive imo

Fix and get rid stay with the corsa and I'd get a a years ncb under your belt before moving upto a 1.6 as insurance will rip you a new a hole...

Then if you crash its void, 6 points, lose your licence! Going around with mods is bad enough but even still a 1.6 for a first years driver will probably either get you caught speeding or crash, talking from experiencw

Tbh dom engine swaps without declaring it has been goin on since i can remember. If u don't declare then its a risk ya take. Most do this cus it wud be two expensive to insure so it wud be easier on there side just risk it

Personally i would do an engine swap without declaring it but i would never recommend it!!
