Hunting at Idle, hesitation on acceleration and kangrooing

I've got a Corsa B. 1.0 12v
Engine managment light is on.
Hunting at Idle, idles about 1500. Throat feels like its ether on or off. So will kangroo when driven. All happens together, and temperamental. So ether everything or nothing.
I changed the spark plugs, and cleaned throatal, with carb cleaner and egr cleaner. Was driving fine, then coupleof days later strted again. Also disconnected the maf sensor with no change to engine sound or revs.
Today I've cleaned the idle control valve (taken it apart and resembled fine) rest ecu but now when trying to turn over it wont catch without reving it. Even if I do rev it, it drops and stalls. Ive taken it back apart and redid it, just like the guide said still nothing. My thoughts on this could be that the idle spring that keeps the throatal open slightly at idle doesnt even rest on the throatal so the throatal is closed. Is that what I suspect it to be and not right? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Ive brought a new idle control valve and maf sensor. To be fitted as soon as they get here to get the car on the road. But want to find out what is going on.
Have put it on comouter to read codes. Code that came up are. P0100 (air mass meter), P0505 (idle speed control motor) and P1405 (egr valve)
Please help. Want to find out what is going on.
Thank you any information will be a help.
