No compression in no2 cylinder, dry or wet!

Well today I did a compression test on my x12xe and found cylinder no2 completely no pressure on both dry and wet test.
My thinking is head gasket near no2 blown and or valve stem seal buggered.
Any advice or opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Any signs of water and oil mixing?

No compression would lead me towards HG since most of the the even with stem seals worn it'll Still hold some compression but not always of corse

Exactly what I was thinking mate. Gonna bite the bullet and fit a head gasket set so all valve stem seals/head and rocker cover gaskets will be replaced! Fingers crossed its not burnt valves or worse lol. Thanks
