insurance discounts, site staff please read. need your help

ive spoken extensively to adrian flux today about re insuring my corsa, and after much confusion they gave me a quote of Â£555 on a pearlescent green and black \'d\' reg fiesta 1800cc

pissed myself? i nearly cried!

anyway to the point i eventually got a quote of Â£800 or so voluntary excess of Â£500 thats fully comp all mods declared etc.

now what im wondering is if i were to phone them and enquire about discounts for members of corsa-b do you think they\'d be interested? and has anyone tried to do anything like this? i know if your a member of vaux performance club you get a discount, but then you have to pay Â£20 a year or something to be with them

i suppose this post is really aimed at paul, simon, katie, stuart? as im guessing you\'d be the people most likely to have tried this?

when I rang them I told them i was signed up to here and Migweb and the chap said \"Ahh Mig yes they get a discount\"
