My oil pressure sensor got whacked,
the sensor Body is made of plastic and therefore began to drip, and occasionally oil pressure light comes on the Board.
I replaced the sensor, but I noticed it is single wire - black connector.

I wanted to know if it is possible in general to connect a sensor such gauge external oil pressure ? (Aftrmakrt)
will the sensor also send a reading signal to an external gauge, that displays the form consistent oil pressure gauge?

No you will need to get the one with the two pins

You will need a Y piece and a preassure sensor. Should come with the gauge. On air cooled kit I used to fit another Y to fir temperature too

Btw. Not checked these are compatible
