Bit off topic but have been shopping around on autotrader and wondering what peoples opinions are on an ep2 civic or a mk6 fiesta?
They both work out the same sort of money when you take into account the insurance (fiesta is cheaper to buy but more expensive on insurance).
I will still be modding either one so take that into account as well as which ever one I choose will be the first car I really go in depth with the modifications.

Ford's will break more often than a Honda motor but if your Honda does break you might need a loan to pay to fix it

You can service a ford for.like 80 quid, to service a Honda your looking 150-300

Out of them 2 I'd have the fiesta, I'd have a corolla over both though it's like Honda reliability with ford prices

I would take the fiesta, but saying that my mum has a focus and in the last year my dad has rebuilt and replaced two thirds of it.

Well I was having a look at the cost of getting the cars and insurance and have decided I like the fact the civic is a lot sportier but the mk6 are really growing me so the only option is to get a mk6 fiesta st I'm not gonna mess about with finance so hopefully the end of august I'll have a new car if I can find the right one

I agree with Johnny, I'd take a Toyota anyday. Cheap parts, reliable and still JDM haha
