How do these fit on the driver side? Seems something is in my way?

On cars with a charcoal filter it is slightly in the way and will need moving to one side

No. But you may need to remove wheel and inner wing

Can't remember if I am honest. But corsa to zafira repeaters should be a straight swap

For zafira read astra but as you can see the angle is slightly different.
