Exhaust help

Basically ive bought a hoffman racetube for my corsa b, do i have to change my backbox? If i dont will it change the sound to a deeper sound?

No you can keep the standard back box and it'll be louder with maybe a gurgle/pop coming off the revs
Jamie had a Hoffman race tube with standard back box, I'll try dig up the link of a vid he took or if he sees this he might post it

Sounds sick.. What corsa b was it?! And that was just that pipe and standard backbox!?!?

Was a 1.2 16v and a Hoffman race tube with a standard rear box

Nice one! Same corsa as mine.. Bought it brand new, should come in couple of days.. Also got a set of coilovers coming.. Then gonna either get a set of cav slabs or banded steelies? Yano yea i like it low and retro..

Jamie will be happy, he's got a new car now but he had that Hoffman system (persuaded me to get it) and had it static on cav slabs. Go on his project thread and you'll see how it looked

Quick question i havnt had time to fit it up yet -.- did it just go on easy or was there abit of hassle? I bought mine and like its ment to be a direct fit but been told by couple of people that they they had to make some adjustments...

I had problems fitting mine but that was because a previous owner had cut the cat pipe, but other than fitting an extra bit of pipe it went straight on no problem
Best way to tell is jack up the car and compare it to what's on the car

Looks like it will fit easy, in one end did yours come with another sort of pipe that went into the end?

Got her fitted up... Love the sound.. Girlfriend hates it...
