eBay help!?

Text the guy who sold me the spoiler before asking if he managed to get it posted and he said not yet as the payment hasn't been received. I payed via PayPal as soon as I purchased it.
When I go to my buying tab on eBay is says this

When I click on it I get this

When I go into PayPal its this

Iv told the guy this and sent screen shots, he's read but not replied, any idea why it's pending?

Cancelled the payment as it said his email wasn't registered. Told him. No reply yet. Also had someone bid last second on a spoiler I'm selling only to tell me he's in Belfast and can't collect. What's wrong with people!!

Cancelled it. PayPal are saying the email isn't registered, he's sure it should work and he can't even give me the email to pay it.
