I was driving home from work and open window when I was nearly home. Hear a noise front front of car. First thought was wheel bearing, then brakes, then suspension. Got home 100yrd from hearing this noise.looked at wheen couldn't see anything open bonnet couldn't see anything wrong looked again my power steering pump was on my engine mount just dangling there.

Corsa has electric power steering, so no pump

More likely be the alternator, still a problem because the bolts could be broken or it could just be a matter of bolting it back on

I think it a matter of bolting back on.

If your lucky, its unlikely that the bolts worked there way loose unless it wasn't fitted right to begin with

They snaped all done now one was missing.

No power stering pump mounting bolts snapped

Where is your pump bolted in? Where's the reservoir? Genuine questions, I've never seen a pump fitted to a b

Reservoir is the the RIGTH of my engine, and the pump is bolted to the side of the engine. This is of google but this what is on mine.

Some had the proper pas think it was the the Sri -gsi and sport along with the diesel a lot of the lesser models had the eps system fitted
But Kieran is right it's mounted at the side near the rad an a mounting plate and bracket

That's pretty cool tbh, never seen one with a pump only eps, wonder was it a vaux thing that opel didn't take
