M3 Mirror Wings on Corsa B

Hello Forum,
I'm Italian and I have a very big problem. The original mirror wings are Fixed, so I find them on the street because other cars when the try to parking move mirror wings unintentionally.
So I want to buy M3 Mirror Wings on ebay, so are they folding?
But there are any solution to adapt Corsa C mirror wing on Corsa b, because Corsa C mirror wing are folding?
