Timing chain or belt ??

just wondering does my corsa have a timing chain or belt it is a 1998 5 door 1.0?

As coupes says mate think only 8v engines had a belt

All 8v engines and 1.4 and 1.6 16v are belt 1.0 and 1.2 16v are chain

Then nearly all of the z range engines are chain but they come in the b

It's all bs that are belt apart from the 1.0
They then did away with belts for some reason
