corsa c axle to b

Hi will a corsa c rear axle fit a corsa b?? heard may have to file a hole to allow corsa b larger flexi hose to fit or something.. but that they are essentially the same axle and straight swap?? this true:)

a corsa c axle onto a corsa b swap but the bushes are too big for the brackets.
If it's the rear discs your after it would be better to do a disc conversion

When I was replacing mine I looked at the c back axle and they were near identical but I seen enough small differences that I didn't risk it but I have heard they fit

thanks so if I was to use the c rear axle I would have to put new bushes on etc. Seems nigh on impossible to buy a rear corsa b axle that aint destroyed with rot... not looking for a disc conversion mate just a replacement

The tigra ones are the same upto 2000

thanks guys phoned round a few scrappys today and was quoted 50 quid from one and 120 from another where do these clowns get their prices from how can it be so different :lol: lol... anyway 3 corsas in scrappy near Falkirk guy wants 50 for whole beam brakes the lot so looks like il be paying a vist there, only thing he said he only as 5 door corsa where as mine is 3 door and he is sure they are different beams,, I am pretty sure they are exactly the same as the chassis etc im sure is identical on 3 and 5 doors, so only question left is WILL A 5 DOOR CORSA B AXLE, FIT A 3 DOOR CORSA B??

I would give it a good clean then some stone
