Launch control

Anyone got any knowledge on how to fit launch control to an x16xe? Seen a couple of videos on YouTube with it on that engine on a b and a nov a but not a guide or how to or any real useful info I know it's also referred to as a step 2 Rev limiter. But want to know what it is I actually need and how to fit it. Cheers

I'm not sure but I think you splice into the speed signal and a prem/switched live and Jills your nephew, but that could be just 100% wrong

That makes absolutely no sense to me haha. I've seen the omex system and I think that's what used on the ones on YouTube but I have no idea and don't want to wreck or ruin my car by having a go at it lol

Bit of research done now

There no real good with a corsa ecu, you can only lower your limit, and launch control is only good for setting your rev, it won't do anything else because there's no abs and it's not an electric clutch


BUT... It'll sound cool as f**k

Looks easy to wire aswell


And this is the info /price of them

I only wanted it for the sound haha. There's a button on the dash next to the switch for the lights which I have no idea what it's for so I'm gunna try it tomorrow and prey it's launch control already fitted haha if not I'm gunna have to trace the wires see where they go
